Payment failures?

I was trying to make a purchase today but I found, strangely, I got declined I aslo tried three other cards, all failed to pay. But I'm pretty suremy cards are active nad have enough credits... I also have subscription charged for serveral month already.. What happened?

    Make sure the billing info corresponds to what is listed with card provider; Name, Billing address and such. If it still doesn't work you can contact support via chat

    Clear your browser cache, try browsing in private mode, and disable your VPN if you are using one.

    Sorry to hear of your troubles.
    From the FAQ
    “ If you attempt to add a payment method to your account and receive a message informing you that you have reached the maximum number of attempts, please contact our customer service using the chat bubble located at the bottom right of this page.”

    If all your cards are being refused on Fizz, the issue likely stems from a mismatch in your billing information, card type restrictions

    Try your card with other online shopping to see if it still works.

    Please try to add the payment method from an incognito window of your browser, from the Fizz account, My settings, Payment methods, Add new payment method.
    Please make sure you are adding the same information as it is declared on the bank.
