Internet pending activation
On my Fizz account I saw it said 'Pending Activation', however I have no button to press to activate it. I spoke with support twice who opened a ticket. They claimed they have no way to activate it on their side.
However, it's been roughly 24 hours with no news. Is there a way to activate my internet? Normally I wouldn't be impatient but I work from home and using my phone to hotspot is using a lot of data.

I've contacted support 3 times. They tell me they can't do anything as it's out of their hands. It's been 2 days, I really just want to get this resolved somehow without waiting a week.1
