    I switch my plan every 3 months, 1st month with sufficient data to rollover then the next 2 months with no data

    When you’re low on data, buying an add-on could be cheaper than changing your whole plan.

    I don’t add texto to my plan and instead pay 5c with wallet in rare situation I need to send one, small saving but no effort

    Try to get in touch with customer service when you can't light up a badge. Some badges have bug in activation
