Add-ons Expired Earlier Than Expected

Hello, I purchased two add-ons (200 texts and 60 mins' calls) in mid-August, which were supposed to last for two months. However, they expired after only one month. Now my plan shows no remaining texts or call minutes, and I can't make calls or texts.

Can you please look into this and correct the issue? I need to make calls and send texts. Thanks.

    Hi this is not too month complete. If you buy 10 day before end of your mobile month , this is 10 + 30 day..

    Thanks for the info, WTH they don't even have this reminder when we made purchases! This is a scam! When I made the purchases, it showed the expiry date as mid Oct.
