Add-ons Expired Earlier Than Expected

Hello, I purchased two add-ons (200 texts and 60 mins' calls) in mid-August, which were supposed to last for two months. However, they expired after only one month. Now my plan shows no remaining texts or call minutes, and I can't make calls or texts.
Can you please look into this and correct the issue? I need to make calls and send texts. Thanks.

Hi this is not too month complete. If you buy 10 day before end of your mobile month , this is 10 + 30 day..

From what I verified in your Fizz account the add-on simply expired as you purchased it before the new cycle started.
I saw the conversation and our customer service team wanted to offer you a courtesy gesture but you were offended and wanted to unsubscribe.
We are sorry that you felt insulted so if you want, you can reach us on chat again and get an add-ons again ( our team will refund you for them )
