Why isn’t my data working on my eSIM?
I innately bought a SIM card to get a Canadian number however decided to activate an eSIM using the same plan and phone number so I could keep access my original number. It says the activation is complete but the data and the sim in general is not working despite having originally working on the physical sim.

Verifying your account, your plan is active and functional.
To fix it please make sure that the mobile data is activated, reset your network settings and restart your phone.
