Can't login: the login provider has an issue.

Basically, I'm suffering from the same problem.

Every time I try to login, even after successfully changed my password, I land on a grey page with "We're sorry ...
Unexpected error when authenticating with identity provider".

Yes, I had a fizz account years and years ago that I gave to my ex who switched the account under her account... and I assume my account has been closed at that time.
But I want to come back, is this not possible with the same email ? I'd really like to use that email that I use for everything.

Any help from support maybe ? (I wasn't able to even use the chat with an agent... it leads me to the same error page.)

    Clear your browser cache and try a private browser.

    Disable VPN if you use one

    I have verified the email address by checking your forum page and have run it through our system. However, I did not find any account associated with that email address. I recommend creating a new Fizz account by visiting Fizz.ca and clicking on the "Register" button.     If the email address you’re trying to use was previously associated with a Fizz account that has since been changed, please note that the email is no longer linked to any Fizz account, and you will not be able to log in with it.
