Can't Login to Account
I've seen that multiple people have had the same issue, but I am opening an account, I was sent the verification number, but when I put it in it brought me to a "We're sorry ...
Unexpected error when authenticating with identity provider" page".
My email address was previously associated with a Fizz account, but I went through the necessary steps with support to change the email address on the account. Therefore, the email address I am signing up with is no longer associated with an account.
I've cleared my cache, I've tried a different browser. Nothing is working.
Please help, I need a new number for when I move back to Canada in two weeks!

You should try again that is not linked to your account it is an error that sometime we have with the Fizz site

Since you are pressed for time, I would suggest getting a new email address for your fizz account, get it all set up, and then change the email address back when you are back in Canada and have more time.
As mentioned by Elena, this error message occurs from time to time, and may resolve itself.
@Whizz - since this user is pressed for time, would you be able to have someone resolve this quickly?

Sorry to hear about the issue.
I escalated a ticket with our technical team as it appears that your account is in a pending validation status.
As soon as updates are given and the issue is resolved, you will be reached back on e-mail.
