In your bonus history what do you see, you only have a 25 and a 35 applied?

You probably have a 35 still pending, fizz is waiting for the second payment on the account to go trough.

Check your transaction records, it will show where the bonus was applied.

It is not easy to understand the way they present it.
Like you I received 3 bonus. One of 50$ and 2 of 35$ The bonus was more high a few weeks ago. You remember that we really get the bonus if the person who use the referral code stays two months with Fizz.
At the moment a person use the referral code Fizz says the bonus is «pending»
When the person reach her two months Fizz says the bonus is «received»
But the bonus is applicated to our forfait on our next payment Fizz then says it is «used»
The «balance» is the difference between what you received and what you used
See what I understand with that image who reflect my personal experience
On the compt, for each bonus, we can see a date under the image. That date says when the bonus will be received if the person stays 2 months withz Fizz.
Let see how it goes in my case:
1. I first get a pending 50$ because I used the daughter's referral code when I subsribed to Fizz. I got a message that I received it two months later (at the date indicated) BUT I really get it when they reduced my next payment . So it became used.
2.Two people I don't know used my referral code. The bonus was 35$ at that moment.
I received last week the confirmation that one is received but I will really usedit when Fizz will reduce my next payment. The second one is still pending because the confirmation date is not reached
3. So I have 35$pending, 50$ +35$ received but just 50$ used. Then I have 35$ in Balance1 -
