Issues with used Fizz phone purchase/refund
Hi, Purchased a "perfect" phone used from Fizz early April and and decided to return it within the 15-days. I got "permission" to return it and used the Fizz return process. I was told it would be 4 to 7 business days for the refund. I have tracked down the package with the tracking number, and it says it's been received on the 23rd of April. I have no information about the status of my refund in my Fizz Account, and it's not even marked as "Phone under evaluation". What's going on? How do I get more information about my return?
