How do you find the quality? It's pretty good to me so far.

in my experience, aside residential internet.. tv and cellular services are far from what i would call quality. Severe limitations or bugs were discovered in my case.. and it's just 2 months i use cellular. i hope it will not get worst that it's already. Yes fizz it's cheap.. and that mostly all.

i hope also.. but it looks i will be switching soon… didn't had so much troubles in my last 10 years with previous operator than my last 1.5 months … my tickets are closed without being solved.. that's very cheap.. to cheap for me .. i planned to save some money with fizz but it doesn't worth it losing more than i save.

I totally understand how frustrating that must be. Saving money is great, but when your concerns aren't addressed, it can feel like you're losing more than you're gaining.

I'd say to brainstorm ways of how to establish Fizz as more "legitimate", because a lot of the people I know in real life don't know enough about it and therefore aren't motivated to leave their traditional carriers, even when I tell them all the details about Fizz.

The option to change the coverage area is not really convinent since I have to wait the whole month to make the changemnet while I needed it a few days after the payments and ended up paying two times for adds on in the new area...0
