We're really sorry for the inconvenience.
Following my verification, the plan change made on 22/12/2024 was rejected, then you have processed a new plan change on 21/01/2025, cancelled it, then processed it again and got rejected. It might be a technical issue regarding the plan change orders, hence why I've just opened a ticket to our technical team for you so they can investigate this further and solve it.
Your ticket number is #327321. You can view it and track its progress by accessing your account → My settings → My tickets.

yes, the support let me wait that day coming,but I know the plan will not change again,because everything like last month, I should received the new "Mobile Services Agreement" yesterday,but I haven't,that why I contacted the support
