I followed the following instructions to set number of rings. It came back as Registration failed.

What Else can I do.?

Number of ring
1) Open the phone app;
2) Type the code **61*+15146470999*11*here_the_number_of_seconds#;
3) Press the button to dial the number;
4) The system will confirm if it's correct.
P.S. The number of seconds must be a multiple of 5 between 5 and 30 seconds.

    Is your phone certified volte by Fizz?

    If is not the case, insert the sim in a VoLTE certified phone by fizz and try again, after put back the sim in your phone

    If nothing helps contact the support https://fizz.ca/en/support

    I tried copying the string that you posted without ; and inserting 30 seconds and it was confirmed

    • Hi,
    • Open the phone app on your device.
    • Type the following code: **61*+15146470999*11* followed by the number of seconds in multiples of 5 (between 5 and 30 seconds), and then #. For example, if you want your phone to ring for 20 seconds before voicemail picks up, the code would be **61*+15146470999*11*20#.
