this depends on the kind of usage, the 30 mbps pan it should be good enough however, this plan has a 10mbps upload.
I will consider taking the 200 mbps, in this way you will have 30 mbps upload. This is the page from Fizz

Start with the 30 and if it congesges you can increase the speed.

If you will connect multiple devices you will need around 400 Mbps. If not 200 Mbps will be enough.
