I just tested 10 gifts badge, also not received.
Badge delays?

This is my third month with fizz. I found that I still haven't receive any Dinosaur badges. I also just brought some add-on and did not receive the badge. Is it common to have delay like this? Or is it a technical problem?

For me happens once and I open directly a ticket
From your account → My Settings → Resolve an issue
And it was solved in couples of days

Badges may take a few weeks to display. This has happened to many people.
Wait a little, and if the problem is still present, contact Fizz support.0 -
Did received it after refresh the page. But, others still doesn't work.

You need to open a ticket with technical support, they will check what's happening, it shouldn't take long to resolve

After making the necessary verifications into our tools, we noticed that you were able to contact the online customer services regarding this subject and that a ticket was opened.
The ticket is already visible in your Fizz account, in My Settings- My Tickets and as soon as the technical department will have an update, you will be notified on the email address linked with the account.Rest assured, your badges will be unlocked from their side.
