At the moment FIzz doesn't offer this kind of lock probably in a near future

Unfortunately, that won't help against port-out fraud. I hope providers will eventually implement a confirmation process where a user actually has to reply before porting out a number.

In order for the transfer out process to complete, Fizz will send you an sms to your phone asking you to confirm the request and you have to reply with a YES from your phone.
So it's not that easy to port out from Fizz ( unless the fraudster has your phone ).
