    My daughter has a Samsung a15 5G RCs worked on her phone with Google messages but now it's doesn't saying setting up that's it but it worked fine before any thoughts

      Fizz don't support RCS for Apple. This means that messages sent from an Android device using RCS to an Apple device will default to SMS/MMS.

      Put on airplane mode and take it off and try again.

      Call work correctly ?

      If nothing works, contact support.

      Hi @lkreglewsk

      It appears that your daughter's Samsung A15 5G is experiencing issues with RCS , here what I will try to do

      Ensure the phone has a stable internet connection, either through mobile data or Wi-Fi, as RCS requires internet access to function properly. At that she still have data on her account.

      Make sure that the Google Messages app is up to date.

      Go to Settings > Apps > Messages > Storage, then tap on Clear Cache and Clear Data. This will reset the app and may resolve any configuration issues.

      Open the Google Messages app, tap on the three dots in the upper-right corner, select Settings > Chat features, and ensure that Enable chat features is toggled on.

      In the same Chat features menu, toggle off Enable chat features, wait a few moments, and then toggle it back on to reinitiate the setup process.

      Any chance she got a messang that her text did not go through and it askes her to send it as sms. I did this for my sister and have not been able to change it back since i did it. android to apple i can still send RCS too androids but not apple. Tried clearing cashe deleteing the app and reinstalling but no luck

      Fizz may not suport it now but it did work for a while. Be it a test or whatever it did work on my phone for about 2 weeks between samsung a15 to apple before it stoped.

      Try other Iphone.

      I've heard of Apple phones blocking contacts. Check the contact in question if it is not blocked.

      My and my wife is with fizz and we have android RCS works fine for use , it just my daughters phone witch is also a android RCS chat setting on Google messages say setting up and it won't, tryed contact us like on fizz, can never get a response,

      Try to contact with private mode on your browser or send private message to @Whizz .
