Hi @Zigaroo
For sure Fizz has some measure to protect us, however, for sure that can be improved since I don’t know what kind of measure they implemented I cannot even think how these can be improved. I hope that do everything possible to protect us

Hi, nothing is 100% certain. You just have to be careful and always follow your mobile.
We have seen several comments recently on the forum that it was sometimes long for a phone number transfer problem, we understand better why. The rules of security and identification of the person.

The SIM Swap scam has nothing to do with tracking your mobile. In the mobile world, the term SIM Swap is used when people port your number to a different plan or operator. Therefore, this cannot be protected with a PIN on the SIM!

From what I read off the web, it looks' like in order to get SIM swapping done the hacker must go through call center support in order ma usually get it transferred. Being the case, Fizz must be quite safe as they don't have phone support.
From what we saw on Tv (J.E. show), another provider were the one being hacked back then but from the recent inform they have mitigated this by removing phone support on phone # transfer.

No they do not, look at my post history, was sim swapped 6 months ago, nothing happened, no follow up (one ticket was oprn and closed soon after) they take no responsibility

That sounds frustrating. It’s concerning that there wasn’t proper follow-up. Have you considered escalating the issue or contacting them again for further action?

Tried multiple times. Ended up switching company. Im well aware that this can happen everywhere, i'm dissapointed in their communication. Was told multiple times no employee was to blame (no inside job) but no traces of such sim swap requests.
