Hello all. I ended my home internet with Fizz and gave the modem to Canada Post on the 25th of Nov 2024. Based on my tracking number, the modem was delivered to Fizz on the 19th of Dec 2024. Now I see that I have been charged $258 by Fizz for not returning the modem.

I already talked to the support and they did not help me. Do you guys have any ideas/suggestions as to what I can do?

Thanks

Don't worry contact the support and they will fix this, https://fizz.ca/en/support , and click on the green bubble on the bottom right of the page in order to chat with them to find the right solution for you.

    Hello mt1991,

Sorry to hear about the issue.

I verified your account and it appears that we have to wait a bit more for our system to check further if the device was indeed received in our warehouse.

From what I saw on the tracking it shows as delivered, but our higher-ups did not manage to find in the warehouse specifically.

There might be also a processing delay as after the strike, there were quite a lot of orders to handle.

Once the system marks the modem as received, you`ll receive a refund in your Fizz transaction history in My settings - Transaction history : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/where-can-i-see-my-transactions-and-orders

    Thank you for your understanding.
    Have a good one,
