You're lucky! I dont even know why they didnt gave the gift it to everyone. Some people might even have taken a liking to having data and upgraded their plan.

Deff not everyone got it , I tried to message support because the month before I had a data plan but removed it for this month then missed out but they couldn’t do anything to help except offer me a 2gb add on for free
