How can I return this phone?
I ordered a phone and put in my return request which was approved. I received my PR code and authorization #, but I went to Canada Post last week and they kept getting error messages. I waited another week and went back thinking that maybe the system just needs to be updated but the same thing happened.
What can I do in this situation as I do not want to miss the window of return.
