How can I return this phone?

I ordered a phone and put in my return request which was approved. I received my PR code and authorization #, but I went to Canada Post last week and they kept getting error messages. I waited another week and went back thinking that maybe the system just needs to be updated but the same thing happened.

What can I do in this situation as I do not want to miss the window of return.

    Rest assured as we understand this situation, so there will not be any issue in returning the phone and getting a refund. The Canada Post strike ended on 17/12, so please try again to return the phone using the same PR code and if any issue persists, a new code can be generated via :
