Still says Activation Pending after 2 days

I activated a sim card to transfer my number to fizz and saw that the process can take up to 2 hours, so I waited and was then told 24 hours. My account still says activation pending. I am only able to use my data and make phone calls but I still can not receive calls from anyone. I went through the steps https://fizz.ca/en/faq/i-cant-receive-any-calls-on-my-phone and still nothing has changed.

    Hi @Bajay25

    This can means that the propagation of the number took longer to do it, therefore, your number is not associated, yet, with your plan. You did all the standard procedure.

    Did you contact the support? https://fizz.ca/en/support , and click on the green bubble on the bottom right of the page in order to chat with them to find the right solution for you.

    Sorry to hear about the issue.

    I verified your account and it appears that the transfer has not progressed at all due to a delay between the providers.

    Due to that, I escalated the situation further to have our team check what`s happening with the transfer.

    I believe that was the new feature, the eSIM, which needs some tune up
