My stylus from my 5 days old phone broke (samsung galaxy s22 ultra)
I bought the Galaxy s22 Ultra refurbished phone (i received it monday, we are friday) and the stylus just broke (the little clicky part) out of nowhere, im contacting support and im told to return the old phone with the box it was shipped with or they cant do anything… But there is 4 things, 1- post canada is down, 2 - planet courrier doesnt come to your appartement to ship the package and its located at the other way of the town, 3 - Why return the whole phone when the problem is the stylus (and i don't have the box) (will they throw away the perfectly functional phone?), 4 - I received a broken part, why should I be penalized… It's a little bit frustrating…
I'm curious about what will happen at the end of this but for now, it's the first time in 5 years with fizz that I am disappointed, and I cant talk to any supervisor or manager that can solve case-by-case problem…
Does anybody know what I can do?

You will have to follow their instructions and ship it with planet courrier since poste canada are in strike. I know its unfortunate but there's not realy other ways to solve this beside sending the phone back.

I will buy a new stylus before having to go through all these long procedures that will deprive me from my work tool for some days to some weeks

From what I see you are still in the 15-day return policy where you can return it to us and receive a full refund.
Please note that you can still go to a Canada Post counter in pharmacies in Quebec to return your phone.
This return will be accepted and will be processed as a priority as soon as the service resumes.
However, there will be additional delays to receive your package to our warehouse.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, this situation is beyond our control, and we will do everything possible to process your return request as quickly as possible.
We will monitor these returns, and if there is anything, we can find a solution for the replacement or refund of your phone.

Go into your Fizz account, go to My phones.
At the phone in question, click on Manage/My phone warranty/Return policy | Warranty
Follow the on-screen steps.
Please keep in mind that you will need to return everything including the phone, the charger and accessories in the original box otherwise your return will be denied.
