My rewards not updating in my fizz account
so when I post in the forum my points still count but there not getting added to my fizz account anymore today. Is that normal after a while?

It's happened before, the points are queued and should be awarded later.

Its not only points updating. I got an email that my recount a friend payed for there second month and it show up as unlocked but the credit is not added to my account. Hopefully it will show up in a day or two.

Usually it comes up to date in maximum 48 hours. If not you can contact the customer service department.

It works only for donating data points (3 points per donation).

That's bad, I contacted support and was told to wait 2 to 3 days and if it still doesnt work to contact them again.

Whizz responded on a thread about the same thing on the french forum. So they said that the team responsible for that was notified of the problem.

I logged in recently to check out BF deals and it turns out mine hasn't updated either.
