Hi - I paid for a SIM on 17th Aug - It has not arrived 2 months later - what can I do?

There is no tracking number on the Order Information (see screenshot)

Currently we don't provide tracking numbers for our Sim cards; we're constantly working on improving our services and hopefully at one point we will have the feature of tracking for them; also, the delivery should take between 2-5 working days, as can be seen here https://fizz.ca/en/faq/when-will-my-fizz-package-be-delivered
