311 Help Line

Hi. I live in Toronto where there is a (dial) 311 Toronto service that provides access to non-emergency City services as well as urgent requests such turning off city water, burst pipes, road maintenance issues, and, in my case, help when tree fell on my house.

I tried calling 311 this evening and got an error message. Why isn't this important service available on Fizz and what is the timeline to fix it? Thanks
