Hi. I live in Toronto where there is a (dial) 311 Toronto service that provides access to non-emergency City services as well as urgent requests such turning off city water, burst pipes, road maintenance issues, and, in my case, help when tree fell on my house.

I tried calling 311 this evening and got an error message. Why isn't this important service available on Fizz and what is the timeline to fix it? Thanks

    current short dial besides 911 arent working. you can use the full number to call (416-392-2489) for toronto 311.
