Both Fizz numbers I have will not receive text message from my other provider account
I have two numbers with Fizz. One number brand new with Fizz and on an iPhone, the other number transferred from another provider on a Samsung A15. I have an iPhone with another provider and neither my husband nor my daughter receive SMS messages from my number. I am able to communicate with my daughter because she has the iPhone, so she gets my imessages but my husband has the Samsung. They are both able to send me text messages and they both receive SMS from other numbers and providers. I should also mention that I have another daughter with a separate Fizz account and she is able to get my SMS text. I contacted the other provider and Fizz - and they each tell me it is not their problem! This is ridiculous! Help?

Ok. I'm trying to fully understand your situation.
phone 1: iphone, fizz sim - new number
phone 2: samsung, fizz sim - number transferred from other provider
phone 3: iphone, other provider sim
phone 4: ? phone, fizz sim
phone 3 send sms to phone 2 and phone 1 cannot be received. sent to phone 4 works.
phone 2 and 1 send sms to phone 3 works.
is phone 3 able to send sms to other people outside your family? does sending mms work or just sms? I would first try to see if this is an issue with your sim card or your phone. try switching your sim card with the other phones and see if there is a difference. if you can send the sms then the issue is a setting with phone 1. if switching to the other phones you still can't send sms then you should contact support and ask them to check the account.

i cant remember how i did it but i also had an issue when i first inserted my sim card. but there was an update with the sim card when i restarted my phone and they sent a text message with the update i believe.

Have you activate DATA on fizz account for send iMessage ?
