I have two numbers with Fizz. One number brand new with Fizz and on an iPhone, the other number transferred from another provider on a Samsung A15. I have an iPhone with another provider and neither my husband nor my daughter receive SMS messages from my number. I am able to communicate with my daughter because she has the iPhone, so she gets my imessages but my husband has the Samsung. They are both able to send me text messages and they both receive SMS from other numbers and providers. I should also mention that I have another daughter with a separate Fizz account and she is able to get my SMS text. I contacted the other provider and Fizz - and they each tell me it is not their problem! This is ridiculous! Help?
