Hi all, I recently bought a preloved phone and was just curious how long I have to wait to earn that badge. Surprisingly I haven't been able to find a definitive answer on the website, Reddit or this community forum…I have seen someone say it took around 3 months but that was about a 1.5 years ago.

    Contact the support, I believe that it is your only option if after a week or two you didn't get it.

    You can always contact the support, https://fizz.ca/en/support , and click on the green bubble on the bottom right of the page in order to chat with them to find the right solution for you.

    The badges are supposed to unlock right away, but sometimes they got stuck. Either wait several days or contact support to unlock it.

    If you didn't get it in one week you'll never get it unless you contact the client service department.

    Did you already receive the points from the purchase?

    My best guess is that they want to ensure you will be keeping the phone before crediting your account.

    The return window is 15 days so it could take up to that time but any more than that and you'll just have to wait and see.

    Badges can take a while to show up on your account. (I got my 1 month badge after ~3-4 months)

    Hello:) did you find a way to solve the problem? It might happen to some people too

    Personally, i didnt have a problem with the badges yet
