Could you please try to switch your phone to airplane mode for a couple seconds, then switch it back to normal? After that, reinsert the Sim and restart your phone.

What phone are you using, I read this kind of problem for member using a no VoLTE certified phone from Fizz

Thanks for ur help. My phone is Samsung note10+. the very first week, there was no problem.The problem arose suddenly and there is no solution. If I connect another company's SIM card to my phone and make a call, I can clearly hear the connection ring tone. This is not a problem with the phone.0
