Problem with the reference list
Three weeks ago, I received a referral; however, I don’t see it anywhere on my list of referrals. Am I the only one experiencing this issue? Additionally, my pending balance is empty — not even showing a zero.

Yes, same here. I have opened a ticket but except some canned responses "we are working on it" there is no progress.

thats strange. if you just received a notice that they did their 2nd payment then wait 1 more day and the amount will show as unlocked. but it should e showing the person who used your code though.

if you got the email saying the referral money has been unlocked then wait 1 more day and it'll show up on your balance. if you are saying after 3 weeks the referral is not in your list then you have to contact support.

If your account is like mine with multiple plans, there looks to be a display issue.
For the most part, the confirmation are going through after the second payment, so it does seem to be a display issue only.
On my account, the pending amount is wrong and none of the pending referral show up on the list.
I believe programmers made a change about a month ago and this messed up the referral display for anyone having referral with multiple plans.
