I cannot access my voicemail even though I had set it up initially with new plan.

Log into your Fizz account and see if you can change your pin.
To customize or reset your PIN:
Follow the instructions in your voicemail or do it from your Fizz account under My Plans > Manage My Plan > Advanced Settings > PIN to Access Your Voicemail.
