I cannot access my voicemail even though I had set it up initially with new plan.

Now when I go to voicemail, system asks to set up pin, when I enter the prompt comes back stating:"Voicemail Unavailable. Could not authorize access." Yet, I have called my own number and heard the voicemail greeting I set up. How can I fix this?

    Log into your Fizz account and see if you can change your pin.

    To customize or reset your PIN: 

    Follow the instructions in your voicemail or do it from your Fizz account under My Plans > Manage My Plan > Advanced Settings > PIN to Access Your Voicemail.
