home internet service call
hello
yesterday i ordered a home service for internet instalation. i was given the option to chose 3 different time ranges to order the service. i chose wednesday afternoon, saturday and sunday early-day.
issue is, when i received the service call confirmation. they put it in mid-day of next monday! i work and only have off wednesday and the weekend. so i would have to take off!
also there does not seem to be a way to change the date right now for internet service…
im really annoyed because this is NOT the first time im having issues with fizz. im really close to changing company and having the use my 30 days money back garantee of the service
