MyPlans - TV - See my channels button
When you go into MyPlans and then down to see your TV plan, there is a link under the word "see".
When I click on it, on get an empty window and if you move you mouse over it, this message appears : "zone-tv.fizz.ca refused to connect"
Windows 10 - updated Chrome and Edge - Cookies cleaned

Same for me. I wanted to change one of my 5 selected channels for the next billing cycle. Is there another way to do it? Or must I unsubscribe entirely then re-subscribe?

You must unsubscribe completely and then resubscribe me

At the moment, the "See" button is not functioning as intended. Also, if you wish to change the channels you are subscribed to, you'll need to unsubscribe and then re-subscribe. This is the procedure that needs to be followed due to BETA limitations.
