    Hello , how can I switch the current chat session to English... I started with a question yesterday in French, received an answer during the night and now I'm still waiting. I need a technician ASAP because the exterior cable got cut during an incident. I have no internet since... and I'm thinking there is probably more employees that answer English, right ?

      likely not. it is originally a quebec only company so I assume employees are bilingual.
