My internet was down for more than 2hrs. I tried to reboot it,but it wasn’t working.

After making the necessary verifications into our tools, we noticed that your modem is currently online.
There are no maintenances works being done in your area however some of your signals are not optimal which can explain why you are facing issues.
In order to fix that, please try to verify the coaxial cable, to be well screwed and not damaged in any way.
Also, if possible, move the modem in a different power socket, making sure that it is connected directly to the wall socket, without using an extension cord.
In this process, leave it unplugged for 10 seconds to make a restart.
