if you received today the modem probably you didn’t activated it
The guide
How do I set up my Wi-Fi modem?- Log in to your Fizz account.
- You should see a tile with your order details in the Overview section. If not, go to My settings > Order history.
- Activate your modem. It will then switch to the speed associated with your plan.

This speed is usually provided when the modem you received was not activated yet, for installations without a technician. I noticed that the plan is now active, so please proceed with a new speed test, and if the issue persists, contact us privately using this FAQ.
