Can't chat with agent

Hello, is there an issue with chatting with an agent? I'm unable to do so at all. Regular and in incognito mode i'm getting the same console error, and in all my alternative browsers.

Is this a website bug? I need to contact someone but Fizz apparently has no number to call???

    Chat remains the fastest way to contact customer service. Some days the chat is less busy than others.

    Delete cookie et temporary file.

    check if your browser has any adblocker or things that may interfere with javascript. also try different times of the day. sometimes it bugs out. otherwise there is also chat on facebook and whatsapp. but their regular chat is still the best.

    Extensions are often a source of problems or the antivirus if there is a module of this kind.
