I tried. Chat box wrote, contacting you to customer service rep and I waited 2 hours and no one came. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Following my verification there is only one active plan on your account and there is only one monthly charge that's visible on our side. Please contact us and provide us a screenshot of the second transaction too.
