My internet should be working but none of my devices pick it up

About five days ago my internet completely stopped working. The lights on the modem say it should be working and everything is plugged in but none of my devices pick it up and I’ve hit a bit of a wall I’m trying to fix it. Please help if you can.

What I’ve tried: unplugging and plugging it back in twice each time waiting for it to reset itself. Contacting the fizz team who confirmed that it should be working and gave me no further info.

You can try an hard reboot by unplugging it from the wall for at least 30 seconds and replugging it If it doesnt work I sudgest you recontact them and ask for a technician level 2 if you cant get any valid answer on how to fix it

    Hi @FizzyDrinks4545

Probably a temporary problem in your sector, did you try to turn off the modem for couples of minutes

You can always contact the support,

does ethernet work? if that works then it could be an issue with the wifi of the modem

    Hello FizzyDrinks4545  ,

Sorry to hear about the issue.

I verified your modem`s signals and it appears that it`s only partially online.
Since you already rebooted the modem a few times and if you already checked the cables, I can also suggest to check the outlet to make sure that the modem is receiving the proper power from out ( test the modem in a power outlet not a power core extender ).

On another note, if the issue still persists, I suggest that you factory reset the modem by pressing the small button on the back for 15 seconds and redo the installation steps as shown here : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-install-my-wi-fi-modem

Reach our customer service to possibly set an appointment if nothing helps : https://fizz.ca/en/support

    Thank you for your understanding.
    Have a good one,
