Can someone help?
No net, no customer service. It's been hours no response not even Rob the robot. I have tried the fizz chat, messenger, whatsapp and ig. It's interesting that fizz web page says everything is fine. Yet in every contact method it says we are experiencing higher then normal call times. According to them. That's OK but hours? I really don't think this is normal. Can someone help please 🙏

If one with the arrow symbols is off, this means a signal problem, which will cause the @ off too
The @Whizz is an employee
You can one a ticket from your account → my preferences → contact form
But to chat in a real-time (when they answer) is the chat, lately it seems very difficult to get in contact, I don't know why

Here we are users, can you describe your problem
If it is with the modem, try to unplug it for 5 minutes and plug it back
Check if near you are there are some power outages, around 1km, if this is the case your internet can be affected by this.
When you try to chat with Bob :(, ask to speak with an agent, couple of times, sometime this will help the user to get in touch to a real person

Can you tell use the led status?
If the led with the arrow symbol are off, this means that you don't have the signal.
Do you know if some of your neighbors have a similar problem? The one with Videotron or any provider using a coaxial cable.

bob/ rob is not responding so I can not ask for agent. Also led is first 2 on and last two on everything in between is off I think it's 3 in the middle that are
