changed mobile plan
I changed my mobile plan couple days ago, I received the confirmation and appeared that it will be effective in my next billing period.
However, the billing day arrived, I was charged but I dont have acces no any service.
I spent all day waiting for costumer service to answer me.

i believe you get charged a few days before the new billing cycle actually starts. go to your account and see when the start date actually is

From what I verified on your account - the new payment cycle did not start and the payment was taken in advance as that`s how the system was designed.

Your new cycle should start in 2 days and your new plan will take effect then.
