pending activation
Hi,
I'm transferring from another providerto Fizz. I have completed all the steps however did not receive the confirmation text from the other provider that asks me whether I really want to transfer.
On Fizz page, I see "pending activation".
I called the other provider, they say they dont see any request from Fizz.
Can anyone help?

I transferred from Fido as well. I was able to receive the text from fido in < 5min. You might need to redo the request again. On a side note, if you insert the fizz sim do you get any service?

It is resolved now. Thanks everyone
For reference: the first activation I choose Account number, but Fizz shows that there is an error, so I gave IMEI instead, which passed. 1 hour later I received an email from Fizz saying the IMEI was invalid, so I redid the request using account number again and this time it worked.0 -
I redo the request and now it is working0
