Described audio on TOOHD and DSNYH

noticed that Described audio (so a secondary audio that overlaps the regular show Audio that describes what is happening on screen, for visually impaired people) is enabled and can’t be disabled for Cartoon Network (TOOHD - 78) and Disney Channel (DSNYH - 79).

Other channels have an “audio settings” section that allows me to turn that secondary audio on or off, but these 2 channels don’t have it, and it’s on by default without a way to disable it.

Tried on both iOS app and Apple TV app.

Here is what it looks like on Cartoon Network vs CityTV for example.

Thanks!
