Modem down overnight

I just got my new modem activated yesterday. Everything was working fine. Then around midnight, I lost connection. All lights are off on the modem. And they won't come back even after power cycle (unplug and plug). Is the modem dead?

    Did you try to plug in a differ outlet?

    After that test and if the modem doesn't work, you should contact the support, https://fizz.ca/en/support , and click on the green bubble on the bottom right of the page in order to chat with them to find the right solution for you.

    Yes, I tried another outlet that was powering something else sot that I know it has power. No, it didn't work either. Okay, I will contact support.

    Hello Yanxin W. 

    Could you please make sure that the cables don’t show any sign of damage? Also, please restart your modem one more time, by unplugging its power cable, allow it 10 more seconds, then plug it back in a different electrical outlet if possible, not a bar or an extender. Make sure that the coaxial cable is tightly screwed in at both ends.
