No "Add a TV plan" option under My plans

Am I doing something wrong? Tried from Chrome on PC and on my Android phone, neither have the option to add a TV plan.

I got the invite email but did they forget to add me as a beta tester?

    You need to go in your account → My Plans

    unfortunately I am in Rockland Ontario and the add a TV plan is missing as well. Whizz sent message to have this escalated. Hope it can get resolved soon.

    Do you have fizz internet?

    I believe that at this moment only Quebec member can have it

    Probably this is the problem

    Fizz is currently in a BETA test period for its TV service in Quebec. As a result of this BETA test period, some of the TV services may be affected and/or limited.
