"Amigos" badge not granted
A friend and I both added each other as contacts on Fizz. It's been over 24h and I still didn't get either the Amigos badge, or the points associated with it. This is despite both of us appearing as contacts on the "Manage my Fizz contacts" page.
Is this a resolvable issue?

Sometimes the badge are slow to be recognized.
Can I suggest opening a ticket?
From your account, go to My preferences → Contact form

@elena code xzi4t is right. I had to open a ticket to get my friend badge.

When they get to the ticket they will activate the badge.
It took maybe a day after the ticket before I got mine.

You can now see it in your Fizz account by clicking on the Badges section in the left side button.
