Internet is down in nouveau St-Laurent?
Hi,
My neighbor is having the same issue too.
So I know it is not a reboot the modem issue.
What am I supposed to do to let Fizz know?
I checked on Videotron's website and I do not see any known issues in my area, so how can I report this?

anyway, just to be clear, I already tried rebooting the modem/router and nothing
I see some lights flashing but still no internet

Probably a temporary problem, only the support can validate this.

Sorry to hear about the issue!
I verified your modem`s signals and I can see that it went offline for a few hours at the moment where you posted this message, but everything appears to have stabilized at the moment.
My recommendation now would be to reboot the modem ( keep it unplugged for 10 minutes ) then plug it back in the power outlet and wait to see if the connection is back up and running on your side.
